June: Flowering continues, seeds begin to form.

Ruderal dandelion is used in folk medicine to support liver and general body tone. In some regions, it is applied to improve digestion and blood cleansing.
Perennial herbaceous plant with bright yellow flowers and toothed leaves. Widespread in temperate zones, often found on wastelands and roadsides. Blooms from spring to early summer.
Collect leaves and roots in spring and early summer, preferably in ecologically clean areas. Roots are best dug in autumn for maximum concentration of active compounds.
Choose young and undamaged leaves. Clean roots thoroughly from soil and wash.
Leaves can be used fresh or dried at low temperature (up to 40°C). Roots should be sliced and dried in shade or gentle temperature.
